NEED TO KNOW
Reservations are available on a 30 day rolling basis for parties of up to 12 guests. A fee of $20 per guest will be charged for no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time. If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Reservations are rain or shine. If you are concerned about the weather, please refer to your preferred weather source and cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
Dining is al fresco – indoor seating is not offered, but The Roost is covered and protected from the elements. Overhead fans are available during warm weather, and space heaters are available during cool weather. Bar seating is available for walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis.
We kindly request that children are supervised and mindful and respectful of other guests. Please be sure to include children and adults in your guest count. Every person that requires their own seat counts as a guest.
20% gratuity will be added to parties of six or more guests. In the interest of good and prompt service, we do not split checks by item; we only split checks evenly between up to four credit cards.
Farm passes are required for all guests ages two and older to explore the farm beyond the dining area. Farm passes may be purchased upon arrival. We recommend allowing 30 - 60 minutes to enjoy the farm grounds before or after your reservation. Farm passes are not required for guests with existing agritourism reservations (animal greets, sunset cruises, etc).
If you or a guest has food allergies or requires special accommodations, please review the menu listed on our website and contact us with concerns ahead of time. While our culinary team will do all that they can to accommodate guests with allergies & food intolerances, we are unable to guarantee 100% that our dishes are completely allergen-free because of the many ways allergens can cross-contaminate food.
If you would like to bring your own wine, a corkage fee of $30 per 750 ml bottle will apply. Similar to a corkage fee, a fee of $30 will apply to desserts that are not prepared by Congaree and Penn.
Please note that balloons, confetti, glitter, and large props are not permitted.
Gift cards cannot be applied to ticketed reservations, but they can be applied to regular on-site dining, as well as agritourism and retail purchases.
Please arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
