Donation Requests

Congaree and Penn gives back to community supporters by offering agritourism experiences for silent auctions, raffles, and give-aways to nonprofit organizations located in Jacksonville, Florida. Donations are presented in the form of a physical certificate with an expiration date.

Donation certificates must be picked up in person at the farm prior to the fundraising event. Shipping is not offered for donation certificates.

Eligible Candidates
• Nonprofit organizations
• Active supporters of Congaree and Penn
• Must be local (within a 10 mile radius of Jacksonville)
• The fundraising event must also be held locally (within a 10 mile radius of Jacksonville)

Non Eligible Candidates
• Individuals and personal requests
• Political organizations
• Organizations and events outside of a 10 mile radius of Jacksonville
• For profit groups

To request a donation, please submit your request in the form below. Nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive one donation from Congaree and Penn within a 12 month period. We will review the donation request and notify you of approval within 48 hours of your request.

While we wish that we could offer a donation to every nonprofit organization, our philanthropic budget is limited. We are happy to offer donation certificates to those who have actively supported Congaree and Penn. If you or your organization has never supported Congaree and Penn, we encourage you to visit and support our small business. We wish you the best of luck with your fundraising efforts.

Requests must be made at least 31 days prior to the fundraising event. Requests made within 31 days of the event are not eligible and will be disregarded.
