Landscape Installer / Groundskeeper
Full time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
The primary responsibility is of this role is off-site residential landscape installation. On-site groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and other farm operations are secondary, but also a part of the role.
Requirements + Duties
Candidates must be physically able to perform outdoor manual labor
Candidates must be reliable and punctual
Landscape installation experience is preferred.
Residential landscape installations (planting, bed prep, grading, and other installation work)
On-site maintenance (mowing, fertilization, weed control, aeration, trimming & pruning)
Loading, transporting, and operating equipment including spade truck, track machine, mowers, edgers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, trimmers & tillers
Landscape Operations Manager
Full time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
The landscape operations manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all off-site residential landscape installation projects and on-site landscape operations, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Qualifications
Strong background in landscape installation and field operations
Proven leadership or crew experience
High level of equipment knowledge and operational competence
Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
Valid driver’s license required
Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages preferred, but not required
Core Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day residential landscape installation operations, including scheduling, job sequencing, and crew oversight
Supervise and support landscape installers & groundskeepers, ensuring productivity, quality control, and professionalism
Oversee on-farm landscape maintenance operations and coordinate priorities with farm leadership
Conduct site walk-throughs, prep jobs, and ensure materials, equipment, and labor are properly staged
Train crew members on equipment use, install standards, and safety protocols
Maintain and manage landscape equipment, fleet coordination, and tool readiness
Serve as the primary point of accountability for job execution, timelines, and workmanship
Communicate clearly with ownership/leadership regarding schedules, staffing needs, and project status
Farm Animal Caretaker
Part time | Mornings beginning at 7:30 am
Seeking reliable candidates to care for farm animals (horses, goats, zebus, chickens, guinea fowl, ducks & emus). Candidates must be able to commit to at least four regularly scheduled mornings per week (Monday through Friday would be ideal, but we can be a little bit flexible for the right candidate). Depending on the day, caretaking tasks will take between two and three hours. Tasks include but are not limited to feeding, watering, mucking stalls & several acres of paddocks, grooming, equine & bovine hoof care, administering medication, collecting eggs, cleaning, sweeping, maintaining a tidy barn, and other related chores. Candidates must be especially knowledgeable and experienced in the care of horses, must be able to work independently, and must be dependable and punctual. Candidates must be physically be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds, and must be willing to work outdoors in hot, cold, and / or rainy weather.
