Join Manifest Distilling at Congaree and Penn for a moveable feast and libations throughout the farm. Enjoy six courses of small bites with curated cocktail pairings.
Pour & Explore will be held at The Roost, among the grapevines, and on the farm grounds at Congaree and Penn with a farm wagon looping throughout for guest transportation.

Guests must be 21+. Due to the nature of this event and the evening’s set menu, we cannot provide substitutions for guests with dietary preferences or food allergies.
Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, no matter the weather or circumstance. The Roost and the grapevines are open air outdoor venues that are covered and protected from the elements. The event is rain or shine. In the event of rain, the farm grounds portion of the event will be relocated to The Roost. In the case of extremely severe weather (like an active hurricane), the event will be canceled and a gift card credit will be issued via email. Monetary refunds will not be given.
Outside food & beverages, smoking / vaping, and balloons are not permitted.
