ALL YOU NEED IS A FARM PASS!
Farm passes are required for all guests ages two and older to access the farm grounds. Farm passes can be purchased upon arrival. Beverages will be available to purchase separately on the farm grounds. Dining reservations are available on Resy on a 30 day rolling basis.

Farm passes include access to the farm grounds, market, and live music. Farm passes are required for all guests ages two and older to access the farm grounds. Farm passes can be purchased upon arrival. Food and beverages will be available to purchase separately on the farm grounds. Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted by Congaree and Penn and most vendors, but we highly recommend bringing cash.
Outside food & beverages, smoking / vaping, and balloons are not permitted.
Markets are dependent on the weather forecast. In the case of more than a drizzle on the farm grounds, the event will be canceled, but the farm grounds will remain open.
Markets are kid friendly. We kindly ask that children are monitored and mindful of our animals and other guests. Please do not allow children to chase the birds.
If you would like to dine at the restaurant, reservations are required and available on Resy on a 30 day rolling basis.
Well behaved canines on leashes that do not extend beyond six feet are always welcome at Congaree and Penn. Dogs do not need a farm pass. Owners must always be in full control of their dog. We have many feathered friends who live on our farm; please keep Fido away. Dogs must remain on a short leash at all times.
While tipping is not required, food trucks and bartenders will accept and appreciate gratuity.
Please note that bakery / pastry spots are filled. We are no longer accepting bakery / pastry vendors.
