Farm Animal Caretaker

Part time | Monday - Friday mornings

Seeking candidates to care for farm animals (horses, goats, zebus, chickens, guinea fowl, ducks & emus) on weekday mornings beginning at 7:00 am. Depending on the day, caretaking tasks will take between two and three hours. Tasks include but are not limited to feeding, watering, mucking stalls & several acres of paddocks, grooming, equine & bovine hoof care, administering medication, collecting eggs, cleaning, sweeping, maintaining a tidy barn, and other related chores. Candidates must be especially knowledgeable and experienced in the care of horses, must be able to work independently, and must be dependable and punctual. Candidates must be physically be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds, and must be willing to work outdoors in hot, cold, and / or rainy weather.

Landscape Technician / farm hand

Full time | Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities include performing landscape maintenance duties (mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, trimming, pruning, etc.) Applicants must be able to operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to spade truck, track machine, bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers & tillers.
