Enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking Congaree and Penn’s oak hammock and farm grounds. The Osprey offers a 400 square foot retreat appointed with a king size bed, bathroom with shower, and a galley kitchen. The Osprey can accommodate up to three guests.
$450+ per night for up to two guests
The daily rate includes:
- Access to the farm grounds
- Use of bicycles, fishing gear, and rowboats
- Parking at the quonset hut
- Guided farm tour
- Galley kitchen stocked with breakfast staples
- Picnic basket lunch (on non check in / out days)
A minimum of two nights is required. A third guest will require an additional fee of $100 per night.

The Nest is a cozy 255 square foot bungalow appointed with a king size bed, a lofted queen size bed, bathroom with shower, and a galley kitchen. The Nest can accommodate up to four guests.
$350+ per night for up to two guests

- Parking at the quonset hut
