Join us at Congaree and Penn for a Farmers Table dinner. Sunday, June 3rd at 6:30 in the evening. 

Featuring guest chef Mark Ballinger

Enjoy a welcome wagon ride with farmer Scott Meyer to visit Congaree and Penn's blackberry field to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a signature blackberry cocktail by Manifest Distilling. Guests will return to the quonset hut for a family style feast featuring a selection of cured meats, blackberry inspired pairings, beer and wine.

This is a much anticipated carnivorous feast; chef Mark Ballinger began his preparation of curing meats for this dinner in January. We're already drooling.
